HustleHub VIP Privacy Policy

This policy explains what HustleHub VIP ("HustleHub", "we") collects in the HustleHub VIP iOS app and website, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. HustleHub VIP is operated by RichWay Virtual Solutions.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name and email address, and a securely hashed password. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive an Apple user identifier and the name and email (or Apple private-relay email) you choose to share.
• Earnings entries: amounts, sources/categories, descriptions and dates you log, plus your weekly income goal.
• AI coaching content: messages you send to the AI Coach and the replies, and the AI hustle plans generated for you.
• Career documents: resumes and cover letters generated from the details you enter (for example name, contact details, role, skills, education and work history), saved in Saved Docs.
• Interview practice: questions, your typed answers, transcripts of spoken answers, and the scores and feedback produced.
• Recordings and photos: voice or video answers you record in Mock Interview or VIP Interview Coach, and outfit photos you submit to Style Coach. Recordings are processed to create a transcript and are deleted from our servers immediately after processing; photos are sent for analysis and are not stored. We keep the resulting transcript, scores and feedback.
• Other activity you create: assessment and typing-test results, target job alert preferences and matched job listings, and support requests you send us.
• Subscription status: whether you have HustleHub Pro, your plan and renewal state. We never receive or store your card numbers.
• Basic usage and device data: in-app events, device type, browser/user-agent and IP address, used to keep the service working and to improve it.
• We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the app: AI hustle plans and coaching, earnings tracking, resume and cover-letter generation, interview and style feedback, assessments, typing tests and job alerts.
• To manage your account, subscription and support requests.
• To keep the service secure, fix problems and improve features.
• To send account or service messages, and job-alert notifications if you turn them on.

3. AI features and your consent

• AI features send the content needed for that feature (for example your chat messages, resume details, interview answers and transcripts, earnings goals, and Style Coach photos) to OpenAI's GPT-4o model through Emergent, our AI and hosting provider. This is used only to generate your result and is not used by HustleHub for advertising.
• Spoken interview answers are transcribed by Google's speech recognition service.
• Before any of your data is sent to these AI providers, the app asks for your permission. You can withdraw or give permission at any time in Profile > AI Data Sharing. If you decline, AI features are unavailable and the rest of the app keeps working.

4. Payments and subscriptions

• In the iOS app, HustleHub Pro is sold as an Apple in-app subscription. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
• RevenueCat manages subscription status for us. It receives your HustleHub account ID and Apple purchase records so we can unlock Pro and restore purchases.
• Stripe processes payments made on our website, and for separately purchased virtual-assistant services. Stripe receives the payment details you enter on its checkout page; we only receive the payment result.

5. Service providers we share data with

• Emergent: application hosting, database and AI gateway.
• OpenAI: AI generation (GPT-4o), via Emergent.
• Google: speech-to-text transcription of interview recordings.
• Apple: Sign in with Apple and App Store in-app purchases.
• RevenueCat: subscription management.
• Stripe: website and service payments.
• Job listing sources (The Muse, Remotive, and other job boards): we only send your search terms (job title and location) to fetch listings. Opening Apply takes you to the employer's or job board's own website, which has its own privacy policy.
• We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our users and service.

6. Data retention

• We keep your account and the content you create for as long as your account is active.
• Recordings are deleted right after transcription; Style Coach photos are not stored.
• When you delete your account, your account and personal content are deleted from our database immediately. Payment transaction records are kept in anonymized form for accounting. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

7. Deleting your account and your choices

• Delete your account and data at any time in the app: Profile > Delete Account. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.
• You can turn AI data sharing on or off in Profile > AI Data Sharing, and control camera, microphone, photo and notification permissions in iPhone Settings.
• You may request a copy or correction of your data by emailing us.

8. Security

• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Access to production data is restricted.

9. Children

• HustleHub VIP is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes and contact

• We will update this page and the date above when this policy changes, and notify you in the app for material changes.
